"Phil and his team have been my insurance carrier for years now. I especially like how i get both a Safe Driver or Minimal Miles discount, AND one for combo'ing home and auto. Big Plus--their office is on Geary, only a 10 min walk from my apt. I go down and chat w/ Phil or his staff any time I have questions. Ha ha--try *that* w/ some of these online-only places! You are lucky if anyone answers the phone. If not, you are STUCK with a) some 15-level phone selection tree (none of which steps actually match what you want to do) or b) an AI Chat "Assistant" that is dumber than a rock and seems not to've been trained on any English used in the past 100 years (Yes, OK..I'm sure it does well when you speak in Elizabethan English like Shakespeare). Your choice! Tip---go with Phil."
